Human Resources
The Human Resources, (HR) unit has responsibility for the following:
· The management of all human resources within the Probation Service i.e. Probation Officers, Administrative Staffing and Community Service Supervisors.
· Recruitment of established and Locum Probation Officers.
· Management of the Probation Service Designated Contact Persons (DCP) scheme in accordance with the Civil Service policy ' A Positive Working Environment' and the Probation Service Dignity at Work Charter. Click here to access further information on our our Dignity at Work Charter.

· General HR work including manpower planning, implementation of HR policies, career development opportunities and support relevant to HR functions for staff.
