The Probation Service has published a comprehensive reference book setting out information about rules, practices, guidelines, functions, classes of records, etc. of the Service. The publication of this information is in compliance with sections 15 and 16 of the Act and provides a “Guide to the Functions and Records of the Department” and the “Rules and Practices” adhered to by the Probation Service.
